Conversational commerce platform Niki reports 50% revenue growth during lockdown

PUNE: Conversational commerce platform Niki said the Covid-19 pandemic had opened up new areas of growth for the company, with people turning to the platform to buy ration online, among other essential needs.

The company has reported a 50% increase in revenue in the first three months of the pandemic, CEO Sachin Jaiswal told ET. “We’re growing in double digits monthly and over 90% of the purchases have happened in local languages over voice,” he said.
